Terry Jennings is a freelance writer, photographer and consultant.

Terry has written over 400 articles on a range of topics from natural history to pet keeping. His articles have featured in a number of magazines and journals, including the Sunday Times Magazine, The Guardian and Science and Technology.

Throughout his time as an author Terry has written over 250 books, mostly for children and teachers, including 84 titles for the Oxford University Press, titles for BBC Education and Anglia Television.

Terry Jennings has BSc Honours degree in Botany, with Zoology and Chemistry as ancillary subjects from University College London. He also has a Ph.D in Woodland Ecology from the University of East Anglia.
